QPR is an innovative, practical, and proven suicide prevention training. This training empowers people of all backgrounds to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis

  • Ask someone directly about their well-being

  • Persuade them to seek support

  • Refer them to appropriate help
